I fall into the scarcity mindset when it comes to time. There just doesn't seem to be enough hours in the day, and yet I know that those are not promised hours. I've been trying to adopt an abundance mindset and I think it's about reframing toward gratitude and mindfulness even when resources are limited. In my work, this looks like slowing down and remembering to enjoy the process. I love the art making but for this one, I focused more on the JOY making.
